We stand behind the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges to make the process as smooth as possible.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before shopping.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Returnable Items: Most products are eligible for returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below. This includes:
    • Bakhoor (e.g., Bakhoor Noora, Ameer Al Oudh) – Sealed and unused.
    • Attars and Perfumes (e.g., Purple Oud, Sauvage, Guilty Men) – Unopened, unused, and in original packaging with seals intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
    • Opened or used fragrances, attars, or bakhoor.
    • Personalized or custom-blended items.
    • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage (e.g., exposure to heat/humidity affecting scent).
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong product or missing quantity), we offer full refunds or replacements. Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
  • Wrong Address Delivery: If shipped to an incorrect address provided by you, returns may incur shipping fees.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@rahmatattarsales.com or call/WhatsApp +91 95333 15021 within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Ship Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Use the provided label or ship to our warehouse address (we’ll share via email). Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt (typically 5-7 business days), we’ll inspect the item. If approved, processing begins.

Note: Returns must be in the same condition as received. Shipping costs for original delivery are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are issued within 5-10 business days to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, or wallet).
    • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 days.
    • UPI/Net Banking: Instant to 3 days.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) – provide bank details when requesting.
  • Refund Amount: Full refund for eligible items (minus any original shipping fees). Partial refunds for partial returns.
  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size/variant if in stock, subject to the same 7-day window.

4. Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement via email or phone. Full refund issued (no charges).
  • After Shipment: Refer to the returns policy above.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India via reliable partners (e.g., DTDC, Blue Dart). Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • For international orders (if applicable), contact us for custom terms.
  • Track your order via the “My Account” section on our site.

6. Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Promotional Discounts: Items bought during sales (e.g., Bakhoor at ₹400 from ₹650) follow the same policy. No restocking fees.
  • Bulk Orders: For orders over 10 items, a 10-day return window applies.
  • COVID-19 or Force Majeure: Delays due to unforeseen events may extend timelines – we’ll communicate proactively.
